Welcome to the official website and digital platform of Mox Gym LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing pre-sale memberships, signing up for our VIP waitlist, booking classes, or registering for events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

‍1. General Agreement and Scope

‍These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mox Gym website, mobile applications, on site facility access at HHLA Entertainment, and all related services provided by Mox Gym LLC. Throughout these terms, the words we, us, and our refer to Mox Gym LLC. The words you, user, member, and athlete refer to any visitor, subscriber, or participant using our services.

‍2. Pre Sale Memberships and VIP Waitlist

• VIP Waitlist Registration: Submitting your contact information to join the Mox VIP list grants you priority notification regarding pre sale pricing drops, tier releases, and opening week events. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a legal guarantee of membership availability or specific rate locks until formal pre sale agreement execution.

• Tiered Founding Memberships: Pre sale memberships sold prior to our January 2027 facility launch are subject to limited availability across designated pricing tiers. All founding membership agreements are non transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by Mox Gym management.

‍3. Class Bookings, Drop In Passes, and Cancellations

• Reservation Policy: All class reservations, personal coaching sessions, and open gym floor access must be booked in advance through our official website or mobile app.

• Cancellation Windows: Class cancellations must be submitted at least twelve hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the class credit or incurring a late fee. Personal coaching sessions require twenty four hours advance notice for cancellation without penalty.

• Facility Conduct: Members and guests agree to adhere to our core philosophy of Shoshin, maintaining an ego free, supportive, and respectful environment for all participants. Mox Gym reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for any individual engaging in unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior on the floor.

‍4. Event Registrations and Competitions

• Ticket Sales: Spectator passes and athlete competition registrations for events, are processed via designated ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite. All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is officially canceled by Mox Gym LA LLC.

• Single Category Limit for Competitors: Participating athletes may only register for one competition category per event day due to simultaneous scheduling across divisions. Mox Gym is not responsible for missed heats or scheduling overlaps resulting from multiple division attempts.

• Participant Waivers: All athletes, coaches, and open gym participants must sign a physical liability release waiver prior to stepping onto the training floor or competing.

‍5. Intellectual Property

‍All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, trademarks, course structures, the Skill Ladder framework, and media assets, is the property of Mox Gym LLC or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our brand material is strictly prohibited.

‍6. Limitation of Liability

‍Physical training, calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, and movement instruction carry inherent physical risks. Mox Gym LLC, its coaches, employees, and venue partners at HHLA Entertainment shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages arising from your participation in our programs, use of our facility, or reliance on website content, to the maximum extent permitted by California law.
